Patient’s Itinerary 1: The course of the parent 1 is a specific course for all the patients that are in the first appointment phase, so at their first meeting. Generally these patients come from emergency checks, from dentistry web marketing campaign, Facebook, other social channels, word on mouth or any conventions.
The aims of this first phase are the following:
- Impression and presentation of the structure
- Quote closure

PATIENT'S ITINERARY 2
Patient’s Itinerary 2 is a specific course for the patients with whom wasn’t possible to close during the first meeting, and so is necessary to recall them in order to organize a second meeting and close the previously proposed quote.
The goals of this second phase are the following:
- Closure
- Lead Maintaining> Selling Funnels


PATIENT'S ITINERARY 3
Patient’s Itinerary 3 is Patient’s Itinerary whom is already in care at your practice and that will have to be fidelized with the goal of increasing the word on mouth and to request new dentistry treatments.
The goals of this phase are the following:
- Help Referral activity
- Increasing care plane
